Jeff Boss

Executive Coach, Leadership Development Trainer, Writer, Speaker

Jeff is an executive coach based in Washington D.C. who is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organizations adapt amongst a constantly changing competitive environment.

Jeff offers a unique perspective gained from his diverse background in special operations and business consulting. As a Navy SEAL at the highest level, Jeff learned the organizational practices and individual behaviors that constitute a high performing organization:

•   Performance

•   Adaptability

•   Leadership

His top military awards include four bronze stars with valor, two purple hearts, two presidential unit citations, and six combat action ribbons, among others.

After the Navy, Jeff became a consultant on organizational adaptability at the McChrystal Group, where he experienced firsthand the macro-level challenges that business leaders face today—decision-making, organizational alignment, cross-functional communication, and building a shared purpose. More than anything, though, he learned how to help leaders achieve them.

A founding member of the SEAL Future Fund (non-profit), a weekly contributor to both Forbes and Entrepreneur, and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Jeff also holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Spanish from The Ohio State University and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University.

Jeff is also a business advisor to a Miami-based tech company, PropelU, whose aim is to revolutionize the self-improvement industry. He is certified in administering, interpreting, and implementing the Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI). Finally, Jeff both educates and entertains by way of speaking engagements through the prestigious Harry Walker Agency speaker’s bureau. His book “Navigating Chaos: How To Find Certainty In Uncertain Situations” is scheduled for release July 21, 2015. You can find him online at www.adaptabilitycoach.com.
