‪POLICE OFFICER III at MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD POLICE DEPARTMENT

He has over twenty years of law enforcement experience. Currently a police officer assigned to the Montgomery County, Maryland Public Safety Training Academy as an Entry Level Instructor. Here as a member of an outstanding cadre of officers. Transforms everyday civilians into officers that illustrate every meaning of the word P.R.I.D.E. (Pride Respect Integrity Dedication Excellence).

He possesses an array of certifications. He is currently the lead LEEMCC (Law Enforcement Emergency Medical Care Course) instructor for entry-level training. To include TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care), TECC (Tactical emergency Casualty Care) and NSC (National Safety Council) basic life support instructor.

His combined training and experience were put to a test on September 01, 2010, when a suicide bomber/gunman held hostages inside the Discovery Communications Headquarters.

His actions that day earned him U.S. Congress' Congressional Badge of Bravery Award. Paden received.  The highest law enforcement award and the first in the U.S. to receive it.

He continues to take PRIDE in his profession and training. As well as seek out new avenues for success.
